When you don’t have much time and you have to feed a lot of people, consider making Philly cheesesteak sliders to save the day. You could use your preferred beef steak but any leftover meat will do in a pinch. Get bread rolls, green bell pepper, onion, mayonnaise, cheese, and butter.

Preheat an over to 190 degrees Celsius. Insert a baking pan lined with aluminum foil inside. Cook the meat on a skillet until it turns into your preferred color. Add the onion and bell pepper for flavor. Slice the whole bread in half and put the bottom half in the pan. Spread mayonnaise, cheese, and steak mix.

Now cover this with the top half and brush with melted butter. Bake for 15 minutes or until the bread has turned into a rich brown color. Slice it up with each roll as one serving.
